Our customer service centers in Ocala, Ft. Lauderdale and Tallahassee provide the service you need to maintain your apparatus in mission ready condition. Mobile service technicians are available 24/7 to meet your needs should untimely emergencies arise on-site at your facility.
TESTING AND
TRAINING
We offer quarterly, semi-annual and annual PM inspections and maintenance. Complete product training is available at our Fort Lauderdale and Ocala locations. We also offer Onsite Mobile Pump Testing with the Draft Commander 3000.

REV Technical Center provides full service technical and maintenance services for fire apparatus, support units, ambulances, and other specialty vehicles. REV technicians are factory-trained, EVT certified and ASE certified.

Fire Rescue Apparatus Sales
At the REV Technical Center (RTC) you will find exceptional sales capabilities among the team of experienced Account Managers. The sales professionals at the RTC are eager to assist you with the design and construction of the safest, most durable fire-rescue apparatus available.
Apparatus Sales and Service
You will find the most experienced staff of EVT certified technicians in the State of Florida. The RTC service professionals repair every make of fire apparatus and ambulance manufactured in North America. The RTC service technicians also perform full aerial refurbishment, collision repair, paint & body work and major pump repairs.
Formerly known as Hall-Mark Fire Apparatus, the REV Technical Center provides warranty support and mobile service throughout the State of Florida. The RTC services you with enhanced capabilities and parts support from two facilities located in Ocala and Ft. Lauderdale.
Parts Sales
REV RTC is your one-stop-shop for fire rescue parts sales. The RTC stocks parts inventory from all the major pump and valve manufacturers to support your fleet maintenance operations. The RTC stocks spare parts for emergency lighting, plumbing, electrical systems and hydraulic components to make sure you can quickly access the parts you need when you need them.
Remounting Services
The REV Technical Center specializes in upgrading and modernizing your used ambulance and rescue apparatus. A REV RTC remount consists of complete rework, frame off refurbishment, paint, electrical and interior overhaul to provide you with “like new” apparatus when you pick up your new ambulance remount.
Brush Trucks – Command Vehicles – Special Application Vehicles
REV RTC manufactures and assembles specialized brush trucks, command vehicles and rescue units on site to support our customers in the Florida fire & rescue market. These specialized vehicles are designed and built to meet the specific needs our Florida customers demand.
